• Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days, excluding pre-order and back-order items. Please refer to the product page on our website for any back-order or pre-order status.

• If your order includes items with back-order or pre-order status, all items will be shipped together once they are ready and in stock. Please note that delivery times for pre-orders are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard.

• To provide you with the best service at the lowest cost, Burleigh Wagon has partnered with multiple shipping services. Once your order is dispatched, the courier will notify you via email, allowing you to make necessary arrangements to be available for delivery.

• If no one is available to accept the delivery at the provided address, the courier will leave a card with details of the attempted delivery. In such cases, you can contact the courier to arrange pick-up from their local depot or facility. To avoid any redirection costs, we recommend ensuring someone is available at the expected delivery time or providing an "Authority To Leave" instruction in the order notes section.

• All items will be shipped within 2-4 business day after full payment is received, excluding pre-sale/backorder items. For pre-sale/backorder items, the approximate delivery date will be mentioned in the purchase order confirmation email.
