Return Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Policy for Returns

At Burleigh Wagon, we take pride in offering our customers high-quality, custom-designed Australian products. Our 30-day return policy is designed to be as straightforward and hassle-free as possible.

For Burleigh Wagon Pty Ltd Direct Purchases: You may return any item (excluding personalized license plates and discounted products due to imperfections) in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of receiving it for a refund. Please ensure the wagon is disassembled and placed back into the original box with all parts and components included.

Returns will be credited for the product only, excluding initial shipping charges. Refunds will also be subject to flat-rate shipping return fees.

Flat-rate Shipping Return Fees (per item being returned):

  • Wagons: $79 flat-rate shipping return fee.
  • Accessories (if sent separately): $5-$50 shipping return fee (depending on product weight/size).

Note: These rates apply to the contiguous USA only. Additional shipping fees apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and other international addresses. Please contact Burleigh Wagon customer service at info@burleighwagon.com for shipping rates outside the contiguous USA.

Restocking Information

If returned items do not comply with our return policy (e.g., damage or missing parts), a restocking fee will be charged in addition to the shipping return fee. These fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

For Wagons:

  • 25% restocking fee: If wheels or the wagon show use/wear, stains/marks, or missing packaging.
  • 50% restocking fee: If parts are missing or damaged, including any accessories.

For Accessories:

  • 25% restocking fee: If the product shows any use or original packaging is missing.
  • 50% restocking fee: If parts are missing or damaged.

Steps for Your Return

  1. Email us at info@burleighwagon.com to receive return authorization.
  2. Once approved, we will issue you a prepaid return label via email.
  3. Print your return label, place it on the outside of the original Burleigh Wagon shipping box, and drop it off at the appropriate location. See the courier’s website for location details.
  4. You will receive a refund (minus the flat-rate shipping fee and restocking fee if applicable) within 7 days of us receiving your return.

All returns must be sent within 10 days of receiving return authorization from Burleigh Wagon. If sent after 10 days, an additional 50% will be deducted from your return.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your original method of payment. If the purchase was a gift, returns must be initiated by the original purchaser and refunded to the original method of payment.

If 30 days have passed since receiving the product, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Damage Inspection

We recommend opening and inspecting your Burleigh Wagon products promptly upon receipt. If any issues or damages occur during transit, please report them within the eligible 30-day return period. Any damages noticed upon opening cartons should be noted on delivery paperwork and reported to Burleigh Wagon within 7 days. Please do not assemble the product before contacting us.

Product Condition for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment.

Exclusions

  • Personalized license plates are non-refundable.
  • Discounted “seconds” products with minor flaws/imperfections are final sale and non-refundable.
  • Change of mind orders prior to fulfillment (if the wagon has not been shipped) are refunded minus a 6% cancellation fee for payment processing.

Retailer Purchases: Purchases made through an authorized retailer must be returned to the retailer and are subject to their return policies.

Manufacturing Details

Our wagons are crafted using a combination of rotational and blow molding, processes that involve heating and cooling plastic to create the wagon. Small scuffs, minor black marks, or scratches may occur during manufacturing, but these do not affect the strength, durability, or functionality of the wagon. We inspect each wagon for quality, and if it meets our standards, it will be shipped to the customer. No two wagons will be cosmetically identical as each one is individually molded and trimmed by hand. Burleigh Wagon will not accept returns or exchanges due to minor cosmetic flaws.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@burleighwagon.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@burleighwagon.com for the return address.

Shipping

To return your product, please email info@burleighwagon.com for the return address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
