WILL YOU HAVE OTHER COLORS AVAILABLE IN THE US? For the pre-order special offer (free accessories bundle valued at $199 with every wagon purchase), we are offering our 4 top selling colors here in Australia. We hope to launch some of our other limited-edition colors later in the year in America.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER WAGON BE DELIVERED?Our first shipment will arrive end of June. Our current pre-order wagons are estimated to arrive late July (this shipment is almost sold-out). So the sooner you pre-order, the sooner you receive your wagon. We will eventually sell out completely of this special offer and accessories will then be sold separately on our website. For those asking, this pre-order offer will be our biggest offer ever! So if you know you want one for summer, don't wait too long!
WILL YOU HAVE THE CUSHION SEATS, GRAZING PICNIC TABLE, AND OTHER ITEMS AVAILABLE?Yes! After the pre-order ends, we will extend our range on the USA website to include some of our popular accessories here in Australia such as: Grazing Picnic Tables you have all seen in some of our viral videos (they fit custom in the wagons Side Storage Racks, our interchangeable wagon panel sets (so you can change your wagon color), our wagon covers (for storing your wagon & accessories when not in use), as well as our Cushion Seats for younger riders. Our cushion seats are currently being re-designed for the USA market and will be available at the end of the year (or sooner if we can).
HOW MANY CHILDREN DOES THE BURLEIGH WAGON HOLD?We recently passed safety standards for 4 children to ride in the Burleigh Wagon. Our USA wagons will include 4 safety belts (2 on each seat).
DOES THE WAGON SEAT GET COLD? No, the wagon seat is double-walled, so even if the esky is fully loaded with ice, the seat where the children sit does not feel cold to the touch.
HOW DOES THE WAGON PERFORM ON "SOFT SAND"?
We personally as parents, tested over 12 different tires over a 12 month period before choosing the current wheels. They are a premium, all-terrain rubber wheel that performed best across a range of different surfaces: sand, gravel, grass, asphalt, etc.
Since our wagon is a certified stroller, it needs to have tires with tread/grip for safety & stability. Balloon/pneumatic wheels only performed marginally better on sand, but they did not perform well off the sand. We designed the Burleigh Wagon not just for the beach, but as your “go to” vehicle for parks, shops, camping, fishing, outdoor markets, game days, and more!
Unless motarized, any device on wheels can be a struggle to pull through the softer sand, but I can say with confidence, compared to the vast majority of options on the market, our tires and custom steering perform superior (on sand in particular). Our sand here in Australia is like white fluffy powder, so it’s arguably one of the trickiest places in the world to attempt to pull anything over sand. So us testing it here in Australia, and having thousands of happy families who enjoy using it at the beach, says a lot!
